How ProducerHQ pricing works

By Trey Yadon, Founder, OpSpring.ai. Updated .

ProducerHQ has three plans, Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Every plan includes every workflow and unlimited seats. They differ by how many analyses you run each month (25, 50 or 100 credits) and by support level, with priority support on Growth and Enterprise. Plans are billed monthly or annually.

We don’t publish dollar prices on the site. Pricing is shared on a 30 minute demo, run on your own policies, once you have seen which volume fits.

What uses a credit

One credit is one run of a full analysis, however long the documents are:

What never uses a credit

  • Pre-Claim Check
  • Renewal Touch letters
  • Book Analytics, AMS imports and live sync
  • Client Profiles
  • Ask Assistant questions
  • Follow-up questions on any completed analysis
  • Reports, exports and E&O documentation

What happens when you run low

You are alerted at 50%, 80% and 100% of your monthly credits. At 100%, analyses that use a credit pause, and everything that never uses a credit keeps working. There is no overage charge and no forced upgrade.

Plan credits reset each month. If you need more before then, ask us for extra credits: those roll over and are used only after your plan credits.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge per seat?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
Are any workflows locked to higher plans?
No. Every workflow is on every plan. The plans differ only in monthly credits and support level.
Is there an overage charge?
No. At 100% of your credits, credit analyses pause until the next reset or until you add extra credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each month. Extra credits you add on top roll over and are used after your plan credits.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually.
