Will the loss be covered? Find out before the claim is filed.

By Trey Yadon, Founder, OpSpring.ai. Updated .

ProducerHQ’s Pre-Claim Check lets an agent describe what happened, upload the client’s policy and get a read on whether the loss is likely covered before anyone files. It quotes the governing provisions, flags the endorsements that change the answer, checks the deductible and limits and lists the steps to take before filing.

It is an informational read, not a coverage determination, and the carrier makes the final call. It does not use a credit.

How it works

  1. 1Describe what happened and upload the client’s policy (up to three files in PDF, DOCX or TXT, up to 50 MB).
  2. 2ProducerHQ walks the loss through the policy language, including endorsements and exclusions.
  3. 3You get a read you can use on the client call: likely covered, likely not covered, depends, or unclear. Follow up questions are saved with the check.

What you get back

The read, the governing provisions quoted from the policy, the endorsements that change the answer, a deductible and limits check, the steps to take before anyone files, and the follow up questions saved with the check. The result carries an informational disclaimer.

Who it is for

Agents who get the “is this covered?” call and want a grounded answer in minutes, not a guess.

Limits

It is an informational read, not a coverage determination. It depends on the policy documents you upload.

Frequently asked questions

What does the client hear?
Whether the loss is likely covered, what the policy says about it, and what to do before a claim is filed.
Does it use a credit?
No.
What can I upload?
Up to three files in PDF, DOCX or TXT format, up to 50 MB.
Does it tell me what to do before filing?
Yes. It lists the steps to take before anyone files, plus the deductible and limits check.
Are the follow up questions saved?
Yes. Follow up questions are saved with the check so your team can see them.
Are my documents used to train AI?
No. Your documents are never used to train AI. Your files are stored on Amazon Web Services, our app runs on Vercel, and our AI runs through a frontier model provider’s commercial API. All three hold independent SOC 2 audit reports.
