Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

OpSpring ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website opspring.ai, provides AI consulting, custom AI development, and automation services for businesses, and offers software products including the ProducerHQ platform (the "Products"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our Products, or engage our services.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

When you contact us, schedule a consultation, or engage our services, we may collect:

  • Name and job title
  • Email address
  • Phone number (including mobile phone number for SMS communications)
  • Company name and industry
  • Project requirements and business information you share with us

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information through the following services:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): page views, session duration, device type, geographic region, and referral sources
  • Microsoft Clarity (marketing website only): session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction data, identified by a pseudonymous browser ID, to understand how visitors use our site. Microsoft may also use data collected by Clarity for its own purposes, including product improvement and advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement
  • Vercel Analytics: page performance metrics and web vitals

This data is collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Product Usage Information

When you use our Products (such as ProducerHQ), we collect information about how you use them:

  • Account and activity data: your name, email, organization, role, and the actions you take in the Product (which features you use, when, and how often), including audit logs the Product maintains for compliance purposes
  • Session analytics: in-product session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction data via PostHog, which processes this data only on our behalf, configured to mask document content and on-screen text. These recordings show how you navigate the Product, not what your documents say. Session recording applies only to free-trial organizations that accepted the Trial Service Agreement; paid subscriber sessions are not recorded

The documents and files you upload to a Product, and the analyses generated from them, are Customer Content, not usage data. Customer Content is governed by the data-handling commitments in our Terms of Service and your service agreement: it is never used to train AI models, never shared with another customer, and never sold. During free trials, our team may review Customer Content to verify accuracy, provide support, and improve the Product, as described in the Trial Service Agreement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
  • Prepare proposals and statements of work
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our AI solutions and consulting services
  • Analyze website and Product usage to improve user experience, content, and Product features
  • Support and improve our Products during free trials, as described in the applicable trial terms
  • Send service-related communications, including SMS text messages to phone numbers you provide (we do not send unsolicited marketing emails or text messages)
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, we may send you text messages related to our services or programs you have enrolled in. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@opspring.ai. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to collect analytics data. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your experience on our site but will not prevent you from contacting us.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for basic site functionality
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with our site (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics)

Do Not Track and opt-out signals: Our websites do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party analytics tools on our marketing site may collect data about your visits over time and across sites. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising uses of Microsoft Clarity data through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. In-product session analytics during ProducerHQ free trials are a condition of the trial described in the Trial Service Agreement, not cookie-based advertising tracking, and they end with the trial.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our marketing-website analytics providers (Google and Microsoft) may use data they collect on our site for their own purposes as described in their privacy statements; Section 5 explains how to opt out. We may share information with:

  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship with you, or comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of each analytics platform.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of analytics tracking using the methods described in Section 5

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@opspring.ai.

10. Third-Party Links

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
