Was the denial right? Check it against the policy.

By Trey Yadon, Founder, OpSpring.ai. Updated .

ProducerHQ’s Denial Analyzer reads a carrier’s claim denial alongside the client’s policy, checks each ground the carrier gave against the policy language and grades how strong a dispute would be. Your agency sees where the denial holds up, where it is weak and what pushback to expect, and gets a draft rebuttal letter to start from.

It is an informational read, not a coverage determination. The carrier makes the final call.

How it works

  1. 1Upload the carrier’s denial letter and the client’s policy.
  2. 2ProducerHQ checks each ground for denial against the policy language.
  3. 3Every analysis gets an overall grade (Strong, Moderate, Weak, or No viable dispute) for how well the policy and the facts support disputing the denial, and each dispute ground is graded Strong, Moderate, or Weak on its own. When the carrier got it right, the analysis says so.

What you get back

A check of every ground the carrier cited, a grade for each ground, an overall grade, the pushback the carrier is likely to raise, the honest weaknesses in a dispute, a draft rebuttal letter and a recommended next step.

Nothing on the analysis predicts whether the carrier will reverse. The grade is about how well the policy language supports a dispute, not the odds of winning one.

Who it is for

Independent agencies that advise clients on claims and want to know, before the client call, whether a denial looks sound.

Limits

It does not decide coverage or replace the carrier, an attorney or a public adjuster. It reads only what you upload. One analysis uses one credit.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI tell if a claim denial is valid?
It can check each ground in the denial letter against the policy language and grade how strong a dispute looks. It cannot decide coverage. The carrier makes the final call.
Does this replace an adjuster or attorney?
No. It gives your agency a grounded starting point before the client call.
What documents do I upload?
The carrier’s denial letter and the client’s policy.
Does it use a credit?
Yes, one credit per analysis.
Does it show where my dispute is weak?
Yes. It lists the honest weaknesses in a dispute and the pushback the carrier is likely to raise.
Does it write the rebuttal letter?
It drafts one for your agency to review and edit.
Are my documents used to train AI?
No. Your documents are never used to train AI. Your files are stored on Amazon Web Services, our app runs on Vercel, and our AI runs through a frontier model provider’s commercial API. All three hold independent SOC 2 audit reports.
