Using ProducerHQ with Applied Epic
By Trey Yadon, Founder, OpSpring.ai. Updated .
ProducerHQ works alongside Applied Epic, and OpSpring.ai’s carrier portal automation, a separate custom build, can sit alongside it too. You can get your Applied Epic data into ProducerHQ today by uploading a file. Live sync is not yet available.
File upload works with every AMS, including Applied Epic, with no setup and no vendor involved. You keep Applied Epic as your system of record.
How to connect
- 1Upload a file (works with every AMS). Export your book from Applied Epic and drop the .xlsx, .xls or .csv into the import wizard. It is the most universal path: no setup, no vendor involved. Start here.
- 2Live AMS sync. Agency-authorized API access keeps your book syncing automatically every day, with no manual exports. It is available for HawkSoft and NowCerts/Momentum today, and not yet for Applied Epic.
What you can run on it
An uploaded book gives you the full Book Analytics dashboards and feeds the Renewal Touch pipeline. For the analysis modules (Compare, Review, Contract Compliance and the rest), you upload the policy or contract documents themselves.
What it does not do
It does not write into Applied Epic or sync live with it yet. If you want a result in Applied Epic, export it from ProducerHQ and import it yourself. A direct Applied Epic integration is a goal, as are other AMS systems. No date is set.
Frequently asked questions
- What AI tools work with Applied Epic?
- ProducerHQ works alongside Applied Epic by file upload. Live sync is not yet available for Applied Epic, but exists for HawkSoft and NowCerts/Momentum.
- Is there a direct Applied Epic integration?
- Not yet. A direct Applied Epic integration is a goal, along with other AMS systems.
- Do I need to change how I use Applied Epic?
- No. Applied Epic stays your system of record.
- Do I need IT help to connect?
- Not for file upload. Export your book, drop the file into the import wizard and you are running.
- Can I start with a file and switch later?
- Yes. Both routes produce the same dashboards, so you can start with an upload and add live sync when it is available.
- Does ProducerHQ write into Applied Epic?
- No. Nothing is written back unless you export from ProducerHQ and import it yourself.
- Are my documents used to train AI?
- No. Your documents are never used to train AI. Your files are stored on Amazon Web Services, our app runs on Vercel, and our AI runs through a frontier model provider’s commercial API. All three hold independent SOC 2 audit reports.
