ProducerHQ and OpSpring.ai tools for HawkSoft agencies

By Trey Yadon, Founder, OpSpring.ai. Updated .

ProducerHQ integrates directly with HawkSoft through a live sync. With agency-authorized API credentials from HawkSoft, your book syncs automatically and no exports are needed: your clients and their policies refresh nightly, and a Book Analytics snapshot is taken weekly or whenever you sync manually.

It turns your book into live dashboards and builds your renewal pipeline from the same data, and you review every renewal letter before it goes out. Sync credentials are encrypted, and your data stays private to your agency. Policy documents are not pulled, because HawkSoft’s API does not expose them.

What flows between the systems

Your book: policies in force, written premium split personal and commercial, carriers, producers, renewals dueLive dashboards (Book Analytics) and a renewal pipeline (Renewal Touch)Nothing. The sync is read only. Nothing is written back unless you export from ProducerHQ and import it into HawkSoft yourself.

Set up

  1. 1Request API credentials (a Client ID and Client Secret) for your agency from HawkSoft.
  2. 2In ProducerHQ, open Import book data, choose the live AMS sync for HawkSoft and enter them. An agency admin does this once.
  3. 3Your book then syncs automatically every night, with no exports.

What you can run on it

Book Analytics and Renewal Touch run on the synced HawkSoft data. The renewal pipeline reads your Book Analytics data, so it needs both modules. Compare, Review and Contract Compliance run on documents you upload, because HawkSoft’s API does not expose policy documents.

Carrier portal automation is a separate custom build, not a ProducerHQ module. It can work alongside the HawkSoft integration, with everything connected through the custom system’s workflows.

Frequently asked questions

Does ProducerHQ integrate with HawkSoft?
Yes, through a read-only live sync that refreshes your clients and policies nightly.
What data does it read?
Your book: policies in force, written premium split personal and commercial, carriers, producers and renewals due.
Does it write anything back to HawkSoft?
No. The sync only reads your book, and nothing goes back unless you export it from ProducerHQ and import it into HawkSoft yourself.
Do I need to re-upload policies?
Not for your book: clients and policies refresh nightly. Policy documents are not pulled, because HawkSoft’s API does not expose them, so upload the documents you want analyzed.
Is there an extra charge?
No. The HawkSoft live sync is included, and syncing never uses a credit.
Is my HawkSoft data secure?
Sync credentials are encrypted, and your data stays private to your agency. Your files are stored on Amazon Web Services, our app runs on Vercel, and our AI runs through a frontier model provider’s commercial API. All three hold independent SOC 2 audit reports.
Which modules use the HawkSoft sync?
Book Analytics and Renewal Touch. The renewal pipeline reads your Book Analytics data, so it needs both modules.
