Built for independent agencies
AgencyKPI’s centre of gravity was networks and multi-location groups. If you are a single independent agency, you were using a tool designed around someone else’s reporting needs.
Your data was never trapped
The book-of-business data lives in your AMS, not in AgencyKPI. Replacing the platform means restoring the analysis layer, and there is no data to extract or migrate.

Peer benchmarking against other agencies
AgencyKPI aggregated data across its customer base, so you could compare your loss ratio or growth against similar agencies. A single-agency analytics layer structurally cannot do that: there is no panel to benchmark against. If cross-agency comparison was the reason you bought AgencyKPI, Book Analytics is not a like-for-like replacement and we would rather tell you now.
Network and carrier-facing rollups
AgencyKPI served networks and carriers looking across a whole footprint. Book Analytics is built for a single agency’s book. Multi-agency rollup is not in the product today.
Live sync outside HawkSoft and NowCerts
Book Analytics syncs live with HawkSoft and NowCerts. On any other AMS, analytics refresh when you drop a new export, not continuously. In practice most agencies ran these reports monthly or quarterly anyway, but if you need a live dashboard on another AMS, this is a real difference and worth weighing.
Other ways agencies are replacing AgencyKPI
Book Analytics is one answer. These are the others we would look at in your position, each described from the vendor's own site as of October 2026. None of them describes peer benchmarking against a panel of other agencies the way AgencyKPI did. Vertafore RiskMatch, the closest, says it lets you compare against the industry.
Your AMS vendor’s own analytics
Applied Epic agencies have Epic Dashboards, analytics built into Epic since 2024. On AMS360, Vertafore offers My Agency Reports, and Vertafore RiskMatch adds analytics across AMS360, Sagitta and BenefitPoint, including carrier analysis and comparison against the industry. The natural first stop if you run one of those systems and want to stay inside it.
Entrinsik Informer
A business intelligence platform with an insurance agency package that connects to the AMS directly. Its agency page names AMS360, Applied Epic and Sagitta, and quotes 30 to 45 days to deploy on AMS360. Pricing is not published.

Ennabl
An AI workspace for agencies, brokerages, wholesalers and MGAs. It says it can bring in data from any AMS or CRM, and it publishes pricing: $110 a month for an individual license, and from $140 per user a month for teams.

A general BI tool, or a spreadsheet
Microsoft Power BI Pro is $14 per user a month, paid yearly. It is flexible, but you model the insurance data and build every dashboard yourself, so it suits agencies with an analyst. A spreadsheet costs nothing, but it depends on someone rebuilding it every quarter.

AgencyKPI, the Austin-based insurance business-intelligence company founded in 2017, posted a notice on its website that it has ceased operations. Catalyit’s solution provider change log lists the platform as discontinued as of early 2026. No reason has been given publicly. For customers the effect is the same either way: the analytics layer they relied on is gone and needs replacing.
Do I need to migrate my AMS to replace AgencyKPI?
