Credit Rate Card

This Credit Rate Card sets out how Credits are consumed on the ProducerHQ platform (formerly Coverage Intelligence) and which features are included without consuming Credits. It is referenced by, and forms part of, the ProducerHQ Service Agreement. Your plan and its monthly Credit allotment are shown at checkout and on your billing page.

One credit, one analysis

Each AI analysis below consumes one (1) Credit, regardless of the module or the size of the documents involved:

• Policy comparison
• Policy review
• Contract compliance review
• Denial analysis
• Cross-sell opportunity analysis
• Pre-claim coverage check

Always included (no Credits)

The following are included with every paid plan, subject to the modules enabled for your organization, and do not consume Credits:

• Book Analytics and AMS data imports
• Internal Assistant questions (search over your reference library)
• Follow-up questions on any completed analysis
• Renewal letters and the renewal pipeline
• Reports, exports, and E&O documentation
• Viewer access for your team

Additional Credits

If your monthly Credits are exhausted, credit-consuming analyses pause until your next monthly reset, and your included features remain available. You may purchase additional Credits at $5.00 per Credit. Additional Credits do not expire during your billing term. Automatic replenishment is off by default and can be enabled by an administrator.

Changes to this Rate Card

We may update this Rate Card from time to time. Any increase in the number of Credits required for an existing analysis, or any reclassification of an included feature to a credit-consuming operation, takes effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after we notify you and, for annual plans, only at the start of a renewal term with at least sixty (60) days' prior notice. We will not reduce your monthly Credit allotment or increase your subscription fee during a term you have prepaid. These terms are set out in Section 3 of the Service Agreement.
